On March 9, 2022, the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Investment, and the Digital Economy of Morocco (the ministry of commerce) announced to launch an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on galvanized wires originating in Turkey, following the application filed by the domestic enterprises.
The products involved are under HS codes 7217.20.10.0 and 7217.20.99.00.
The period of investigation was January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and the injury analysis period was from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2021.
The final determination will be made within 12 months unless postponement of up to 6 months.
