According to the final results of anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from South Korea and Italy, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined those subject products from South Korea’s POSCO single entity weren’t not made at prices below normal value, but Italy’s producers/exporters of subject products made sales at less than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020. However, Italy’s Officine Tecnosider was found to make no shipments during the review period.
As a result, the weighted-average dumping margin set for South Korea’s POSCO single entity and Italy’s Officine Tecnosider was zero, and all other involved Italian companies were assigned a dumping margin of 1.57%.
The products involved are classified under HTSUS subheadings 7208.40.3030, 7208.40.3060, 7208.51.0030, 7208.51.0045, 7208.51.0060, 7208.52.0000, 7211.13.0000, 7211.14.0030, 7211.14.0045, 7225.40.1110, 7225.40.1180, 7225.40.3005, 7225.40.3050, 7226.20.0000, and 7226.91.5000.
