The US International Trade Commission (USITC) determined on January 28, 2022 that the revocation of the existing anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on imports of stainless steel wire rods from Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
Therefore, due to the affirmative determinations made by the USITC, the existing AD orders on products involved from these three countries will remain in place.
