According to the US Department of Commerce (USDOC)’s final result of countervailing duty (CVD) administrative review on imports of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey, Turkey’s exporter/producer Ozdemir Boru Profil San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. (Ozdemir) received de minimis net countervailable subsidies of 0.26% during the period of review from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, compared to a subsidy rate of 0.32% assigned in the preliminary determination.
The determination was applicable from February 1, 2022.
The products involved are under HS codes 7306.61.1000 and 7306.61.3000.
