On January 21, 2021, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) orders on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) originating in or exported from Austria.
As a result, the dumping margin for Voestalpine Tubulars GmbH & Co KG was set at 34.6%.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) is continuing its injury investigation and will make a final injury determination by February 22. The AD measure will be implemented if the CITT makes an affirmative ruling that the domestic industry was injured by these dumped imports.
