According to the final result of anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review made by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), it was determined that Thailand’s circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes were being sold in the US market at prices lower than normal value during the period of review from March 1, 2019 to February 29, 2020.
The weighted-average dumping margin for the mandatory respondent Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co., Ltd. was set at 36.97%, and other Thailand’s 26 non-selected companies were also assigned a duty rate of 36.97%.
Separately, Blue Pipe Steel Center (Blue Pipe) was found to have no shipments during the period of review, so no dumping margin was assigned to the company.
