According to a notice from the US the International Trade Commission (USITC), the five-year reviews of countervailing duty (CVD) orders on stainless steel plates from South Africa and the review of anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on same products from Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan were initiated to determine whether revoking these measures will lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury.
This notice was effective on December 1, 2021. The deadline for interested parties’ responses is January 3, 2022. Comments on the adequacy of responses could be filed to the USITC by February 8, 2022.
