On September 1, 2021, the Interagency Commission on International Trade of Ukraine issued an announcement that it has launched an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on cold-drawn and cold-rolled seamless pipes originating in China, following an application filed by Ukrainian domestic enterprise Interpipe Niko Tube LLC, claiming that these products were being dumped into the Ukrainian market.
The investigation covered a period from 2018 to 2020. The products involved are classified under HS codes 7304 31 and 7304 51.
