On August 18, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) of Vietnam announced its final anti-dumping (AD) ruling on H-shaped steel beams originating in Malaysia, deciding to impose AD duties of 10.64% on subject products, with the validity of five years.
The products involved are under HS codes 7216.33.11, 7216.33.19, 7216.33.90, 7228.70.10, and 7228.70.90.
The original AD investigation was launched on August 24, 2020, and a provisional AD duty of 10.2% was imposed on April 2 this year.
