According to the affirmative final determination made by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the US issued anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from South Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.
The estimated weighted-average dumping margin for South Korea was set at 4.48%, that for Russia was at 209.72%, and Ukraine was assigned 23.75%.
In terms of the ruling for CVD, South Korea received a subsidy rate of 1.78%, and Russia received 48.38%.
