According to the preliminary ruling of anti-dumping (AD) made by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), POSCO, a producer and exporter of carbon and alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from South Korea, sold the subject products in the US market at prices lower than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020.
POSCO was the sole producer and exporter which was requested for a review.
The preliminary weighted-average dumping margin assigned to POSCO was 7.51%.
