According to the preliminary determination made by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), certain corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan and South Korea were being sold in the US market at prices lower than the fair value during the period of review from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020.
The preliminary dumping margin for South Korea’s Hyundai Steel was set at zero, and that for all other South Korea’s producers and exporters was assigned with 0.59%.
The dumping margin for Taiwan was at 1.97%-3.63%, and Taiwan’s Synn Industrial Co. Ltd. was confirmed with no shipments during the period of review.
