According to the preliminary determination made by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the imports of large diameter welded pipe from Canada were found being sold in the US market at price lower than the fair value during the period of review from August 27, 2018 to April 30, 2020.
The preliminary weighted-average dumping margin for Evraz and non-selected companies subject to this administrative review was set at 14.33%, which will be higher than the 12.32% set in February 2019 if it is finalized.
