India decides not to levy AD duties on Taiwanese, Chinese stainless steel flat products

According to the report, the Indian Ministry of Commerce & Industry stated that
the Department of Commerce did not accept the final recommendation of anti-dumping on imported of stainless steel flat products from China, South Korea, European Union (EU), Japan, Indonesia, United States (US), Thailand, South Africa, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Singapore, Mexico, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan on December 23, 2020. They decided not to levy anti-dumping duties on the above countries.

Before that, the Indian Ministry of Commerce & Industry has suggested to impose anti-dumping duties on the involved products originating in or imported from China, Indonesia, South Korea, the, Japan, Malaysia, and Taiwan.

In the meanwhile, they have terminated the investigation of anti-dumping on the US, Thailand, South Africa, UAE, Singapore, Mexico, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
