The EU announced that it has repealed the definitive AD duties on imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of iron or steel originating in China.
This AD duty on subject goods from China has been imposed since October 7, 2009, with duty rates of 17.7% for Shandong Luxing Steel Pipe Co. Ltd., 27.2% for other cooperating companies, and 39.2% for all other companies.
Based on the result of an expiry review investigation, this measure was extended for five years on December 8, 2015.
