The US Department of Commerce has ruled that revoking countervailing duty (CVD) orders on circular welded carbon quality steel line pipe from China would likely lead to the persistence of subsidies.
In the final results of an expedited sunset review, Commerce has calculated subsidy rates of 32.65% for Huludao Seven Star Steel Pipe Group and its affiliates, 40.05% for Liaoning Northern Steel Pipe Co, and 36.35% for all others.
