According to the report, the US International Trade Commission voted for an affirmative determination to keep the existing anti-dumping (AD) orders on steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) imports from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine. It found that revoking the existing anti-dumping duty would result in the continuation or recurrence of material injury within a foreseeable time.
Currently, the weighted average dumping margins are 114.53% for Belarus, 133% for China, 60.46% and 71.01% for Indonesia, 16.99% for Latvia, 232.86% for Moldova, 47.13 and 52.07% for Poland, and 41.69% for Ukraine.
