Another Danieli high-speed chain-track drawing machine to Trafilix

Complying with Industry 4.0, the new unit is ready for the Danieli CMS-Condition Monitoring System

A new, Danieli Centro Maskin high-speed chain-track drawing machine for producing carbon steel profiles is in operation at Trafilix, Lucefin Group, in Brescia, Italy.

The machine has a pulling capacity of 5 tons and will produce round, square, and hexagonal solid bars starting from wirerod.

Danieli Centro Maskin chain-tracks grant optimal quality surfaces, high drawing speed (up to 200 m/min with ferrous materials) and unparalleled efficiency, along with high-precision process control.

This new unit complies with Industry 4.0 protocols and is ready to be integrated with the latest generation of Danieli digital systems (D-CMS – Danieli Condition Monitoring System) at any time, to detect and prevent unexpected outages and significantly increase plant efficiency.

The technological equipment has been manufactured at Danieli Headquarters specialized workshops in Buttrio, Italy.

Since 1979, Trafilix has ordered from Danieli six combined drawing machines, five straightening and reeling machines, and five straightening machines for square and flat bars.
