On December 4, 2024, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) voted and made an affirmative final determination of the third sunset reviews of anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipes from China, ruling that the revocation of the existing AD and CVD duty orders on the subject products from China would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.
Due to the USITC’s affirmative determinations, the existing AD and CVD orders on imports of the subject products from China will continue to be effective.
