US assigns CVD rate to China’s circular welded carbon quality steel pipes

According to the final results of the expedited third sunset review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on China’s circular welded carbon quality steel pipes, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that the withdrawal of the existing CVD order on subject products from China would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies.

The subsidy rate assigned to Weifang East Steel Pipe is 29.83%, and that for Kingland Companies is 48.18%. Shuangjie received 620.08%, and all other producers and exporters will be subject to 39.01%.
