The United States Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced the preliminary results of its administrative review of anti-dumping (AD) duties on carbon and alloy steel wire rods produced by South Korea's POSCO. The investigation period was from May 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023.
POSCO was found to have sold the products involved at prices below normal values. The USDOC has determined that POSCO's weighted average dumping margin was 1.03%.
