According to the report, the European Commission announced that it had launched the expiry review of countervailing and anti-dumping duties on organic coated steel products from China.
European Steel Association (Eurofer) requested the review on February 4th, 2024, as it sees the expiry of the measures would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of subsidization and cause injury to the EU industry. Therefore, the European Commission will initialize the review after the request from Eurofer, and the review period will be from January 1st, 2023, to December 31st, 2023.
The subjected products were under HS Code 7210708011,7210708091,7212408001,7212408021, 7212408091,7225990011,7225990091,7226997011 and7226997091.
