According to the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) decided that sales of carbon and certain alloy steel wire rods from Mexico’s producers/exporters under the review were made at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022.
As a result, the weighted average dumping margin for ArcelorMittal Mexico S.A. de C.V and Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V were set at 0% and 0.7%, respectively. In addition, the USDOC also rescinded the administrative review for Villacero, Talleres y Aceros, and Ternium. The measure was effective from April 1, 2024.
