According to the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) found that sales of light-walled rectangular pipe and tube (LWRPT) from Mexico were made at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), August 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022.
The weighted average dumping margin for Maquilacero S.A. and Tecnicas de Fluidos S.A. was assigned 2.64%. The Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos was set 1.36%. Other 16 producers or exporters received a dumping margin of 2%. The measure was effective from March 12, 2024.
