On January 11, 2024, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) revised the amended final determination of anti-dumping (AD) duty on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plates from Germany, as the final decision of the US Court of International Trade (CIT) was not in harmony with the USDOC's amended final determination.
Thus, the USDOC amended the weighted average dumping to 4.99% for AG Der Dillinger Hüttenwerke and 20.99% for all other producers and exporters.
This determination was applicable on December 31, 2023.
