According to the final result of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Malaysia exporters/producers didn’t have shipments of prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) at prices lower than fair value in the US market during the period of review from November 19, 2020 to May 31, 2022.
Therefore, the weighted average dumping margin assigned to Malaysian exporters/producers was zero, the same as the result of the preliminary investigation.
This ruling began effective on January 3, 2024.
