On December 4, 2023, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission launched the second anti-dumping (AD) sunset review investigation on quenched and tempered steel plates from Finland, Japan, and Sweden, following an application submitted by Bisalloy Steels Pty Ltd (Bisalloy).
The investigation period is from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023. The Statement of Essential Facts (SEF) was scheduled to be issued on or before March 23, 2024, and the recommendation of the final report will be submitted to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science no later than May 7, 2024.
The products involved are under HS codes 7225.40.0021, 7225.40.0022, 7225.40.0023, 7225.40.0024, and 7225.99.0039.
