The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) initiated the fifth sunset review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on clad steel plates originating in Japan.
Meanwhile, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) also launched the fifth AD five-year review on the same subject products from Japan to determine whether the material injury to the US domestic industry will continue or happen again within the reasonably foreseeable period if the existing AD order is withdrawn.
The interested parties should file their responses to the USITC no later than December 1, 2023, and the comments on the adequacy of responses should be filed by January 11, 2024.
