The US Department of Commerce has determined that light-walled rectangular pipe and tube producer Hangzhou Ailong Metal Product Co Ltd. is subject to the same country-wide antidumping rate as other Chinese suppliers, Kallanish understands from monitoring the daily updates to the Federal Register.
US Customs and Border Protection is instructed to add an ad valorem assessment rate of 255.07% to Ailong’s products for the period of review ranging from 1 August 2021 through 31 July 2022, in accordance with the China-wide rate.
Products are classified in the Harmonized Tariffs of the United States (HTSUS) categories of 7306.61.50.00 and 7306.61.70.60.
