According to the preliminary results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) found that Turkey's producers/exporters made sales of steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) in the US at prices below normal value during the period of review from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
The weighted-average dumping margin for Colakoglu Metalurji was assigned 0%. Kaptan Demir Celik and companies not selected for individual review were set at 29.3%.
The preliminary determination was effective from August 1 this year.
