The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has extended the anti-dumping (AD) duty on graphite electrode imports from India to May 16, 2024.
The duty rate remained unchanged, 16.04% of the customs value for HEG Limited and 32.83% for Graphite India Limited and all other producers.
This measure will expire on September 24, 2023. The Department for Internal Market Defence initiated a review after receiving an application from the petitioner.
This imposition was first started on September 25, 2018.
