The European Commission has decided to extend the existing anti-dumping (AD) measures on imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of iron or steel originating in China, following an expiry review started based on a request submitted by the European Steel Tube Association on February 10, 2022.
The definitive AD duty rate for China’s specific companies is maintained at 29.2% to 51.8%, and the rate for all other companies is 54.9%.
The products involved are certain seamless pipes and tubes of iron (other than cast iron) or steel (other than stainless steel), of circular cross section, with an external diameter exceeding 406.4 mm, classified under CN codes 7304 19 90, ex 7304 29 90 (TARIC code 7304299090), 7304 39 88 and 7304 59 89.
