According to the preliminary results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Greek Corinth Pipeworks Pipe Industry S.A., the sole producer/exporter of large diameter welded line pipe subject to this administrative review, sold its products at prices lower than fair value in the US market during the period of review from May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022.
Accordingly, a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of 6.95% was assigned to Corinth Pipeworks Pipe Industry.
The announcement of this preliminary determination was applicable from June 20, 2023.
