To correct a ministerial error, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) is amending the final results of the administrative review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on certain hot-rolled steel flat products from South Korea.
After the correction, the AD duty margin rate of Hyundai Steel was changed from 0.88% to 0.84%. Besides, the rate for companies that were not selected for individual examination for this review was also amended to 0.84% from 0.88%.
The review covered a period from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021.
