On April 3, 2023, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission announced the launch of the first sunset review of anti-dumping (AD) on steel pallet racking from China and Malaysia, based on an application submitted by domestic enterprise Dematic Pty. Ltd.
The period of investigation was from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. The products involved are classified under HS code 7308.90.00.
The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission will issue the statement of essential facts on or before July 22, 2023, and the final recommendation will be made to the Minister for Industry and Science on or before September 5, 2023.
