According to a notice on March 2, 2023, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) extended the re-investigation on certain concrete reinforcing bars originating in or exported from Turkey in order to update the normal values and export prices of the subject products.
Due to the complexity and novelty of the issues raised by the re-investigation, the conclusion of the re-investigation was extended by 33 days and will be announced by April 4, 2023.
