Neta breaks ground for Thailand factory

Chinese new energy vehicle company Neta Auto recently held a groundbreaking ceremony at Bangchen General Assembly, Khan Na Yao, Bangkok, Thailand. 

This is Neta Auto's first overseas factory. It expects to reach a production capacity of 20,000 units/year, and it is expected to be put into production at the end of January 2024, Kallanish learns. 

According to Neta Auto, this factory will be its major manufacturing base for producing right-hand drive electric vehicles and exporting them to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) bloc. 

Meanwhile, Neta Auto will sign a cooperation agreement with Bangchan General Assembly. According to this agreement, Neta Auto will launch cooperation with this company to jointly improve production techniques in order to meet international standards for vehicle design and manufacturing with autonomous and world-leading technology. 

In addition, the two parties will jointly invest and construct EV assembling bases and strengthen the sustainable development of the staff to help construct the ecology for the country's EV industry.
