The Mexican Secretariat of Economy (SE) announced on February 24, 2024 that it has made an affirmative on the anti-dumping (AD) case against I-beam and H-beam originating in Germany, Spain, and the UK.
The AD duty rate is US$0.0613 per kilogram for Spain’s AMOB and US$0.0666 per kilogram for other Spain's exporting companies. The rate is US$0.1095 per kilogram for Germany and US$0.1270 per kilogram for the UK.
The products involved are under tariff codes 7216.32.99 and 7216.33.01 of the TIGIE.
