According to the final results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Turkey’s Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi A.S. (Habas) didn’t make sales of certain hot-rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) at prices lower than normal value during the period of review from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021.
Therefore, the weighted-average dumping margin for Habas was set at zero, in line with the preliminary results.
This determination was applicable from March 10, 2023.
