According to statistics from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), in late February, the crude steel production of China's key steel enterprises totaled about 17.76 million tons. During the period, the daily crude steel output was 2.22 million tons, increasing by 6.09% compared to the middle of February.
At the same time, China's key steel enterprises' pig iron and steel products productions were 16.02 million tons and 18.08 million tons, which increased by 5.59% and 10.01%, respectively, compared to the middle of February.
Meanwhile, the steel products inventory amounted to 17.42 million tons, decreasing by 10.8% from the middle of February.
