The UK Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) made the final determination to extend anti-dumping (AD) duty on rebar originating in China. The AD duty rates were assigned between 18.4% to 22.5%.
The measure involves certain high fatigue performance iron or steel concrete reinforcing bars and rods made of iron, non-alloy steel, or alloy steel (but excluding stainless steel, high-speed steel, and silico-manganese steel), not further worked than hot-rolled, but including those twisted after rolling.
The products involved are classified under HS codes 7214200010, 7228302010, 7228304110, 7228304910, 7228306110, 7228306910, 7228307010, and 7228308910.
