US makes final affirmative determination of AD cases on steel nails from 3 countries

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that certain steel nails from the India, Turkey, and Thailand are being, or are likely to be, sold in the US market at prices lower than fair value (LTFV). The investigation period of these cases was from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021.

The weighted-average dumping margin for India was set at 2.94% to 3.98%, that for Turkey was 27.62% to 118.20%, and that for Thailand was 12.61% to 13.90%, depending on the exporter/producer.

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) was scheduled to make a final industrial injury ruling on the cases on February 2, 2023.
