According to the final affirmative determination of the countervailing duty (CVD), the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that countervailable subsidies were being provided to Russia’s producers and exporters of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) during the period of investigation from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
The subsidy rate for Volzhsky Pipe Plant, Sinarsky Pipe Plant, Seversky Pipe Plant, Taganrog Metallurgical Plant, Orsky Machine Building Plant, and PAO TMK was set at 1.30%, that for JSC Vyksa Steel Works was at 1.59%, and 1.43% was assigned to all other Russian exporters.
