On August 31, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) of Vietnam made the decision on the anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on China's H-shaped steel, deciding to extend the AD duties of 22.09%-33.51% for another five years. This measure came into effect on September 6, 2022.
The involved HS codes include 7216.33.11, 7216.33.19, 7216.33.90, 7228.70.10, and 7228.70.90.
The first AD sunset review was launched on October 19, 2021.
