The Mexican Secretariat of Economy (SE) has decided to extend the anti-dumping (AD) order on prestressing steel products from China, Spain, and Portugal for another five years, starting from February 27, 2021.
The duty rate for China was maintained at US$1.02/kg, and that for Spain and Portugal was at US$0.13/kg and US$0.40/kg, respectively.
The products involved are classified under HS codes 7217.10.02, 7312.10.01, 7312.10.05, 7312.10.07, 7312.10.08, and 7312.10.99.
The AD investigation was initially launched on February 16, 2015, and the duties were started to be imposed on February 26, 2016, based on an affirmative final determination.
