According to the final result of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Thailand’s The Siam Industrial Wire Company Limited (SIW) made sales of prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) in the US at prices lower than normal value during the period of review from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
Therefore, a weighted-average dumping margin of 0.98% was assigned to SIW, the same as the result of the preliminary investigation announced in February.
The products involved are under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) subheadings 7312.10.3010 and 7312.10.3012.
This announcement was applicable from August 8, 2022.
