On July 20, 2022, Brazil's Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX) made its final determination of the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on seamless non-alloy carbon steel tubes of circular section with an outer diameter not exceeding 374 mm originating in China, deciding to maintain the AD duties of US$1,009.29 to 1,356.90/ton, valid for five years.
The products involved are under tax numbers 7304.31.10, 7304.31.90, 7304.39.10, 7304.39.20, and 7304.39.90 of MERCOSUR Common Nomenclature (NCM), excluding oil or gas pipelines under 7304.1 of the NCM and casing pipes drilling and extracting oil or gas under 7304.2 of the NCM.
This resolution comes into force from the date of publication.
