According to a notice given by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) on April 19, 2022, the anti-dumping (AD) measure on certain fabricated industrial steel components from China, South Korea, and Spain, and the countervailing duty (CVD) measure on the same products from China will expire on May 24, 2022.
No expiry review will be launched due to no submissions in support of an expiry review or a continuation of the investigation being received by the CITT by the deadline on April 1, 2022.
According to the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), the measures for protection, including AD and CVD orders, will expire after five years from the date of the finding unless an expiry review is initiated.
