NIPPON STEEL & SUMIKIN ENGINEERING CO., LTD. (NSENGI) has received second order of Air knife 「NSblade®」 for Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL) from Vietnam’s Ton Dong A (TDA).
NSblade® delivers improved surface quality for steel plate and reduced running cost, features that have been demonstrated in iron works test plants in Japan. NSENGI has previously received several orders*2 from other overseas clients in Southeast Asia (i.e. Vietnam) and China.
With regards to TDA No.4 CGL completed by NSENGI and CN Steel Plant Engineering Co., Ltd.(CNSE) *2 on 2014, NSblade® has achieved thin coating operation during high-speed threading and produced high quality 55% AL-Zn products with wide coating range. As the result, TDA evaluated our
technology and gave a repeat order of NSblade® for TDA existing No.3CGL line which supplied by other company.
